Do you require a security deposit, and if so, how much?
Yes. Security deposits start at $500 with approved credit. Based on the credit application, the maximum security deposit may be up to 1.5 times the monthly rent.
Do you accept co-signers or guarantors?
Yes, co-signers and guarantors are accepted.
Do you allow subletting or lease transfers?
Subletting and lease transfers are not currently permitted.
Do you require Renters Insurance?
Yes. Renters insurance is required.
When is rent due each month?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late after the 1st.
What is the late fee policy for rent payments?
A $50 late fee is charged on the 2nd of the month, plus an additional $15 per day thereafter until the balance is paid in full.
What forms of payment do you accept for rent?
Online payments through the Resident Portal, personal checks, cashier's checks, and money orders are accepted.
What utilities are included?
Water, sewer, and trash are billed at a flat monthly rate of $120 for one-bedroom apartments and $150 for two-bedroom apartments.
What appliances are included in the apartment?
Refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer, and dryer.
Are washers and dryers included, or is there a laundry facility?
Yes. Every apartment home includes a washer and dryer. An on-site laundry facility is also available.
What amenities are available for residents?
Dog park, fitness center, and swimming pool.
Is parking available, and is there a monthly fee?
Yes. Parking is available at no additional monthly cost.
Do you have EV charging stations?
EV charging stations are not currently available at the community.

Yes. The community features an on-site dog park.

Yes. On-site maintenance is available. Service requests can be submitted through AppFolio, by phone, by email, or by text.
